These wraps are the perfect take-along for a picnic. They are light enough for a snack but can be used for a quick lunch, too. I have included three variations, but you can use your imagination to come up with more options!
8 6-inch tortilla wraps (gluten free, if needed)
Greek yogurt
avocado, plus salt to taste
thinly sliced cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or Pepper Jack)
hard-boiled egg, sliced
bananas
strawberries
blueberries
grapes, halved
slivered almonds
Spread one tablespoon peanut butter on wrap. Top with sliced banana and mini chocolate chips and roll up.
Spread one tablespoon Greek yogurt on wrap. Top with berries and grapes. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and roll up.
Mash 1/4 of an avocado with a sprinkle of salt and spread on wrap. Top with two slices of cheese and/or one sliced egg and roll up.
