Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 (16-ounce) package shredded iceberg lettuce

  • 1 (16-ounce) package shredded green cabbage

  • 5 ounces frozen peas

  • 1 (16-ounce) package shredded red cabbage

  • 1/2 box mushrooms, sliced

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • salt, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Mix the vegetables together in a very large bowl or pot.

2.

In a separate bowl, blend dressing ingredients until smooth. (An immersion blender works well.) Pour over salad before serving and toss to coat.
