Diets This cake is simple to prepare and divine with a cup of coffee.
3 cups flour
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon Haddar Baking Powder
2 eggs
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup oil
handful of raisins, optional
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon Gefen Cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine (use soy-free, if needed)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
In a second bowl, combine eggs, juice, and oil. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the raisins and pour the batter into an 11×14-inch (28×35-centimeter) baking pan.
Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter in pan.
Bake for 30–35 minutes.

This cake was super easy and delicious!
Size of Pan Can I bake it in a 9×13?
The batter might not fit in a 9×13 because the recipe calls for an 11×14 pan which is larger than a 9×13. You can add as much batter to a 9×13 that fits and maybe make the extra into muffins? I would also adjust the baking time if you put it in a 9×13
Streusel Cake The streusel cake came out tasting amazing I was so happy with the outcome
