Simple No-Mixer Streusel Cake

Prepare the Batter
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
In a second bowl, combine eggs, juice, and oil. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the raisins and pour the batter into an 11x14-inch (28x35-centimeter) baking pan.
Prepare the Topping and Bake
Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter in pan.
Bake for 30–35 minutes.
