Simple No-Mixer Streusel Cake


This cake is simple to prepare and divine with a cup of coffee.


Prepare the Batter

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
2. Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
3. In a second bowl, combine eggs, juice, and oil. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Add the raisins and pour the batter into an 11×14-inch (28×35-centimeter) baking pan.

Prepare the Topping and Bake

1. Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter in pan.
2. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
