Easy-Peasy Split Pea Soup



Make the Soup

1. Place split peas, onion, and garlic into an eight-quart pot. Add six cups water and bring to a boil.
2. Cook for 30–45 minutes.
3. Blend (with hand blender) until smooth.
4. Add three and a half quarts water, carrots, salt, and seasoning. Cook for additional 30 minutes.
