This sweet salad with fresh strawberries and salty feta cheese is a great party salad or first course appetizer.

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1. Combine strawberries, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl; toss well to coat. Cover and chill for one hour.
2. After one hour, pour liquid from strawberries into a jar. Add oil and water to jar and shake well until dressing is mixed.
3. Arrange salad greens on salad plates. Top each plate with half a cup strawberries, two teaspoons dressing, and one tablespoon feta cheese. Serve with French bread.
