  Each variety yields 10 pops

Ingredients

Watermelon Popsicles

  • 2 cups of chopped seedless watermelon

  • 1/2 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)

  • 3 tablespoons Gefen Honey

Coconut Popsicles

  • 2 cups of coconut meat (or use a can of coconut milk and omit the water)

  • 1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk (or make your own)

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Prepare the Summer Fruit Pops

1.

Blend all ingredients for your desired popsicle and freeze in mini ice cream silicone molds with wooden sticks or in disposable popsicle mold bags with zip seals. Freeze and enjoy in just a few hours.

2.

If you want to get extra fancy, melt two cups of white chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Once the pops are frozen, coat half of each one with a white chocolate dip, or drizzle chocolate over the pops.
