Each variety yields 10 pops2 cups of chopped seedless watermelon
1/2 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)
3 tablespoons Gefen Honey

3 tablespoons Heaven and Earth Lemon Juice
2 cups of coconut meat (or use a can of coconut milk and omit the water)
1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk (or make your own)
1 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend all ingredients for your desired popsicle and freeze in mini ice cream silicone molds with wooden sticks or in disposable popsicle mold bags with zip seals. Freeze and enjoy in just a few hours.
