Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 2 potatoes, sliced

  • 1 large zucchini, sliced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 sweet potatoes

Directions

Prepare the Mash

1.

Place all ingredients into a four-quart pot.

2.

Cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until soft, stirring occasionally.

3.

Mash and mix to combine.
