After trying out many ways of baking meat I finally came up with this delicious recipe that works with any cut of meat, super tasty and is lip-smacking good!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3 onions

  • 6 cloves garlic

  • Splash of wine

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons paprika

  • Pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare the Sauce

1.

Cook the sauce so it’s softened, and blend.

2.

Pour it over meat, preferably flanken or minute steak. Bake on 350 degrees F for 4 hours.
