Apple-Honey Syrup

For the Cocktail

Start Cooking

Prepare the Apple-Honey Syrup

  1. Combine apple juice and honey in a pot on the stove. Bring to a simmer and simmer for five minutes. Let cool completely before using.

Prepare the Cocktail

  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker with two-and-a-half parts Apple-Honey Syrup, two parts bourbon, and half a part fresh lemon juice. Shake well.

  2. Strain into a glass and enjoy.
