4 parts Kedem Apple Juice
1 part Manischewitz Honey
ice
2 and 1/2 parts Apple-Honey Syrup (recipe follows)
2 parts Boondocks Bourbon
1/2 part fresh lemon juice or Gefen Lemon Juice
Combine apple juice and honey in a pot on the stove. Bring to a simmer and simmer for five minutes. Let cool completely before using.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker with two-and-a-half parts Apple-Honey Syrup, two parts bourbon, and half a part fresh lemon juice. Shake well.
Strain into a glass and enjoy.
