Smoothies are a great, healthy way to cool down in the summer! This tropical smoothie is just bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

Tropical Smoothie

  • 4 cups coconut water or milk

Directions

1.

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into four glasses.

Optional: For a thick, ice cream-like smoothie, use frozen bananas and just enough milk or coconut water to blend. Top with your favorite toppings like granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds, etc.
