1. In a large pot, bring all broth ingredients to a boil. Taste and adjust salt.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all wonton filling ingredients. Place one teaspoon of filling into the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold over on all sides and seal using some warm water and the tip of your finger.
3. Add wontons to boiling broth and cook until the wonton dough is fully cooked, about five minutes. Serve warm.
You can freeze broth and uncooked wontons. Defrost broth, bring to a boil, and throw in frozen wontons right before dinner!
