Ingredients

  • salmon

  • paprika

  • Salt

  • black pepper

  • parsley

  • cilantro

  • carrots cut in strips

  • green pepper-half, cut in strips

  • 1 jalapeño no seeds

  • 6 garlic cloves

  • 3 cubes cilantro

  • water

  • olive oil

  • 1/2 can tomato sauce

put veggies- (carrots garlic pepper jalapeno), water and oil and cilantro in pan, cook till soft.

add fish, tomato sauce and spices( salt pepper paprika parsley cilantro)

. cook till just ready.
