1 large onion, diced
5-6 garlic cloves, minced or 5-6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
4 large ripe tomatoes, diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 heaping Tbsp Tuscanini Tomato Paste
1/2 tsp sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
