2 chorizo sausages, diced
1Â Spanish onion, diced
1Â green bell pepper, diced
1Â red bell pepper, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds ground beef
3 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 and 1/2 jars Tuscanini Crushed Tomatoes
1 and 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon Gefen Ground Cumin
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
salt, to taste
juice of 1 lime
1/2 bar 80% cocoa bittersweet chocolate
