50 grams (about 1/2 cup minus 4 teaspoons) Gefen Cocoa Powder
125 grams (1/2 cup plus about 2 and 1/2 teaspoons)butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
150 grams (about 1 and 1/4 cups) ground walnuts
100 grams (1/2 cup) sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
Dulce de leche filling
