this look delicious and cant wait to try it but i just have a question… does the meat get dried out from cooking in the pan for so long? is it better to first sauté the cabbage and then add the meat?

Hi Rena I made this with Ramen noodles and it came out delicious. Really really quick and easy. Another one of your suppers added to my family favorites! Thank you so so much! We all appreciate it:)

What kind of sauce was used in this recipe? Was it just plain teriyaki?

Teriyaki sauce or any asian sauce/marinade should work 😉

Thanks. What I was actually trying to convey is that it would be nice if the taster on the video would make a bracha. [Every time!]
Wouldn’t that make a Kiddush Hashem?

Hi! Thank you for bringing this up, the halacha is that you are not supposed to say shem Hashem for entertainment purposes- ie- a video that isn’t about teaching people how to make a bracha (like ours, which are about how to make a recipe). Also, we often have multiple takes at a video shoot, and we can’t have them repeat the bracha.
Some rabbonim say you shouldn’t make a bracha on screen- including Rav Forst. I assure you that our leaving out brachos is not due to trying to look professional, but due to actual halacha.

That said, you are bringing up a topic that is close to our hearts. That is, to make sure that we constantly make a kiddush Hashem in all our content. We really appreciate your input!

Wonderful recipe – what’s the bracha? It would be amazing if you could say the appropriate bracha while demonstrating these recipes! [It could be shehakol, ha’adamah, or mezonot.]

Hi! Please ask your LOR as to what bracha to make, as with everything, there are different opinions depending on the dish 🙂

This looks amazing! What type of egg noodles do you use? They don’t look like typical egg noodles (aka lukshen)

Taste of Asia is one of the brands but if you can’t find them you can use ramen noodles instead

Do you know if they sell those in the United States?

Sorry not sure but I think gefen sells a Japanese noodle that you can use instead. Or look for udon noodles/Lo mein/pad thai noodles
