Beet Salad
Gefen Whole Beets, diced
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Date Syrup
1 teaspoon Gefen Hot Honey
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon Pereg Shawarma Spice
juice of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lime
fresh parsley, washed and chopped
pomegranate seeds
pumpkin seeds
candied pecans
Tuscanini Sea Salt (to finish)
a glass of Baron Herzog Merlot
