1 pound beef or chicken, diced
1 tablespoon pepper (or to taste)
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1 egg, beaten
2 large onions, diced
1 package Gefen Puff Pastry Squares
1 tablespoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 cup sesame seeds or black sesame seeds, for topping
