We've all heard of potato kugel, but have you ever tried onion kugel? Yussi Weisz is showing us his tips and tricks on how to make this sweet and savory kugel. Once you try it, you'll be making it every Shabbat!

2Â Spanish onions, diced
1Â white onion, diced
1Â Vidalia onion, diced
12 to 14Â pearl onions (see note)
1 cup oil
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 tablespoon gourmet black pepper
3 tablespoons brown sugar
flour, for dusting
