4 tablespoons butter


3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic


4 tablespoons Glicks Flour


3 cups milk


1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt


1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 slices Chevington Old Smoked Cheddar


2 and 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices


1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

can i boil te potatoes before baking it?
if yes how long to boil and then how long in oven
Hi Libi, did you see the full recipe here =https://www.kosher.com/recipe/cheesy-scalloped-potatoes ? the potatoes don’t need to be boiled before baking, they will bake in the sauce, in the oven.
this looks AMAZING!! Definitely adding to shavuos menu. But my question is – all of these cooking shows – is oven not on when taking in or out? How do you all keep sheitels from drying out 🙂
