Flanken Roast
flanken roast, approximately 5-6 pounds
Manischewitz Kosher Salt
black pepper
garlic powder
ground coriander
Tuscanini Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10 cloves garlic
3Â rosemary sprigs
1/2 cup Baron Herzog Old Vine Zinfandel

Yussi says to put it in a 250-255-degree oven for six hours (or more) covered. uncover for the last half hour.
can i replace anything with the wine???

Yes, flanken roast can be prepared in advance and frozen. Reheat on low oven temperature till ready to serve.
can this be made in a crockpot?
