Get the recipe:
flanken roast, approximately 5-6 pounds
Manischewitz Kosher Salt
Tuscanini Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10 cloves garlic
3 rosemary sprigs
1/2 cup Baron Herzog Old Vine Zinfandel
