Can I use any parve milk instead of the coconut milk? Also, where do you buy sundried tomatoes in Israel?

I’ve only tried with coconut milk but a parve milk may work as well. In israel it’s easier to find sundried tomato purée which is in the fridge section and you can use a tablespoon or so of that. Some stores sell sundried tomatoes but depends on the year. I actually make my own which is incredibly easy. Toss halved cherry tomatoes in some olive oil with salt. Place on baking sheet in an even layer and bake at 225°f/110°C for 3-4 hours or till dry to your liking. I then put in a jar with olive oil and store in my fridge.

It should be. You can always cook the chicken a bit longer if you feel that it needs more time.

You can try just putting it all in a pan then into the oven at 350°F for about 30minutes. Uncover at the end.
