can you make the cheese ahead of time? what would it be like our of the fridge? Can it be done with any other cheese?
Hi! I would say you could prepare the goat cheese balls in advance and even freeze them raw, but I would recommend frying them fresh so they stay crispy. It should work with any other soft cheese that is similar in consistency as goat.
