When it comes to holiday cooking, efficiency is key. Rorie shares with us her marinade recipe that has endless possibilities. With one marinade you can knock out 4 main dishes and as an added bonus you can use it as a salad dressing as well!
Balsamic and Herb Marinade or Dressing
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup olive oil
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic (or 2 cloves fresh)
1 cube of Gefen Frozen Parsley, Dill, Basil or 1 teaspoon fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dry herbs
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper, or to taste
2 teaspoons pink Himalayan or sea salt
