Since Sunday night dinner is Shabbos leftovers, by Monday we’re ready for some hot fresh food again. In this busy summer season, with my kids home much of the day, I’m heavily relying on my freezer to keep us fed with minimal fuss. I love that you can prep two of these tuna quiches and then freeze one for later. Cabbage salads are really handy because they can be prepped earlier in the day when you have time. I’m planning to use my julienne peeler to make the carrot ribbons a little more robust. And I love how freezing the fruits in layers makes really pretty, fancy-looking ice pops with very little effort.
