So, you’re hosting a Purim Seudah and don’t know what to make. Although we haven’t exactly finalized our menus either, we do have a good sense of what goes over well and which recipes will make you look like the queen of Purim. (You can share the spotlight with Esther.)
From crispy chicken poppers, soft and succulent meat galette, and a tender sliced London broil, to crunchy and refreshing salads to cut through all that richness, this menu includes foods that have so many amazing flavors, textures, and appearances. To finish, we recommend a decadent chocolate brownie ice cream bowl and classic hamantaschen. Most of the recipes are relatively easy to make.
We also included some adorable “dressed-up” cocktails to add to the fun!
As always, feel free to tweak this menu to your liking. We have so many amazing recipes here on Kosher.com to choose from!
