I try to get the majority of my Shabbat cooking done Thursday night so I can enjoy the summer Friday afternoons. The only thing I’ll leave for Friday is to make challah and a dessert.

Growing up, desserts were my thing. My mom would put me in charge of dessert duty, and I loved it!

Lately, I find myself scrolling through Kosher.com looking for easy and summer-friendly desserts. When I found this  4-ingredient Strawberry Marshmallow Pie, I knew it would be a perfect addition to our Summery Shabbat menu.

Happy Cooking!
