4 slices salmon
Gefen Cornflake Crumbs (or use gluten free, if needed)
Spread mayonnaise onto fish, sprinkle cornflakes crumbs.
Bake, covered, at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Uncover for last five minutes.
