Diets This incredibly fluffy cake is perfect with a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate! Using either chocolate sprinkles or chocolate chips will add that little bit of chocolate to this light and airy cake.
9 eggs, separated
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 and 1/2 cups orange juice
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
8 ounces chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate
Beat egg whites. Add sugar, beating until stiff.
Reduce speed. Add yolks and remaining ingredients.
Pour into a lined 10- by 16-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.

It’s a good cake, but needs more sugar. Next time I would add another half a cup sugar
