Chocolate Sprinkle Cake

This incredibly fluffy cake is perfect with a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate! Using either chocolate sprinkles or chocolate chips will add that little bit of chocolate to this light and airy cake.

Directions

Prepare the Cake

1. Beat egg whites. Add sugar, beating until stiff.
2. Reduce speed. Add yolks and remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into a lined 10- by 16-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
