Sip it by the pool, or include it in your Rosh Hashana menu as a unique way to enjoy one of the simanim. This drink is the perfect way to say goodbye to summer! Light and crisp, this cocktail is sure to brighten up any meal.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 (11.15-ounce) bottle Heaven and Earth Pomegranate Juice

  • 1 (12-ounce) can unsweetened grapefruit seltzer

  • 1 (750-milliliter) bottle sparkling moscato such as Bartenura

  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)

  • pomegranate seeds, to garnish

  • thin sliced grapefruit, to garnish

Directions

Prepare the Grapefruit Pomegranate Spritzer

Serve over ice.

Notes:

To achieve the layered look as seen in the picture, pour each ingredient slowly on top of a spoon close to the liquid to avoid the colors mixing.
