Ingredients

Moroccan Beet Salad

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cumin

Directions

Prepare the Moroccan Beet Salad

1.

Remove the beets from the bag and get rid of the excess water. Cut each beet in half, and then in another half, then cut into 1/4-inch pieces.

2.

Add the cut beets to a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.  Check for flavors and serve cold. Mix again before serving.

I omitted the red onion and added 2 diced roasted carrots for contrast.
