1. Sprinkle ﬁsh with garlic and paprika. Combine oil, sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Mix well. Set aside half the mixture.
2. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes and then an additional 10 minutes uncovered. Top with reserved mixture and serve.
3. Dip ﬁsh into remaining half of mixture and then into corn ﬂakes, until coated.
