Prepping healthy dishes to feed an entire family doesn’t have to be overwhelming. With this recipe you can easily grab frozen vegetables and double it for convenience while enhancing the health benefits.
1 pound string beans, frozen or fresh
2 tablespoons Haddar Dijon Mustard (or sugar-free mustard)
1 teaspoon Tuscanini Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Sesame Seeds
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread the string beans on a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Combine the mustard, olive oil and sesame seeds into a bowl and brush onto the string beans.
Roast for 20 minutes or until desired crispness.

Is it possible the oil measurement is off? it came out very dry
