This recipe is the spiritual sequel to Rorie's Banana Nut Butter Muffins— a filling, indulgent, and good for you yom tov or Shabbos (or any day!) breakfast or snack—except this one is for those who don't love banana! Plus with just one easy step you can make it into ice cream instead of cakes.
Get the recipe:
10 ounces frozen strawberries (2 and 1/2 cups, cubed)
4-12 fresh dates soaked in hot water with pits and skins removed after soaking OR 4-12 tablespoonsof Galilee's Delicacy Silan (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking soda
16 ounces Haddar Cashew Butter
1 cup Dutch cocoa
optional Gefen Chocolate Chips, cacao nibs or crushed nuts to taste
4Â eggs, separated
8 ounces frozen blueberries (1 and 2/3 cups)
