Question though, why do you squezze from the bottom i unterstand you have a clip but whats the reason for it

How can I make donuts in advance? Can I freeze them before or after baking?
Hi! I’d recommend freezing the dough raw. You can freeze shaped, proofed dough on a sheet pan until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag and thaw overnight in the fridge before the final rise and frying

Hi! You can try broiling in your oven but you have to be very careful and only keep it there for 1 min or less.
