16 ounces tempeh
1/4 cup cornstarch
4 cubes Dorot Frozen Garlic (or 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced)
2 cubes Dorot Frozen Ginger (or 2 teaspoons fresh grated)
2 tablespoons Gefen Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari (low sodium)
1/4 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2/3 cup oil (or more), divided
