Yussi is here to share with us his Babba Wolf's Lukshen Kugel recipe. It's crispy on the outside and has the perfect balance of salt and pepper in the inside. The best way to serve it is Erev Shabbos fresh out of the pan while it's still crispy!

10 ounces Manischewitz Medium Egg Noodles
5 ounces Manischewitz Fine Egg Noodles
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon Gefen Black Pepper
pinch of sugar
6 eggs
1/3 cup oil
