Wow just saw this and looks delish on my to do list!!
The meat is absolutely delicious. We actually combined 2 recipes and used the meat to stuff the meat-filled tortilla wraps in the family first issue 975.
I made this, it was delicious! And enjoyed by everyone including my little picky kids up to the teenage boys with big appetites.
Plus, it was so easy that my 8 year old helped with the mixing and rolling out.
Definitely a keeper!
Looks great! Wondering if anyone tried with ground chicken, or ground meat/ground chicken mix. Would the amount of baking time change?
