I developed this recipe recently when I had ground chicken and was looking for something different to do with it.
1 and 1/2 pounds (680 grams) ground chicken
1/2 cup chopped scallions
5 cloves garlic, minced or 5 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 cup Gefen Seasoned Bread Crumbs
3 tablespoons Glicks Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the oil.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Form the chicken mixture into burger shapes. Fry on both sides until golden, about six to eight minutes on each side.
Best served with rice or on a bun with a fresh cabbage slaw.
