Baked Marinated Salmon


This easy salmon is marinated in vinegar, lemon, sugar, garlic, and mayo for 48 hours before baking. This dish is an easy advance-prep starter course for Shabbat!   Try these other great salmon recipes! Prepare the Salmon

1. Place fish into a glass dish or container.
2. Combine ingredients for marinade, pour over fish.
3. Marinate in refrigerator for 48 hours.
4. Pour off half of marinade. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 45 minutes- 1 hour.


If you prefer your salmon moister, remove from the oven after 20 minutes.
