Moroccan Gefilte Fish

Main ingredients
 1 loaf frozen gefilte fish
 3 stalks leek
 2 stalks celery
 5 cloves garlic
 1 jalapeno
 1 red chili pepper
 1/2 red pepper
 1 tomato
 1 can crushed tomatoes
 1 (15-ounce) can Gefen Tomato Sauce
 1/2 (8-ounce) can Gefen Tomato Paste
 1 (8-ounce) package baby bella mushrooms
 1 cup Herzog Selection Chateneuf Bordeaux or other semidry white wine
 3/4 cup water
 1/2 stalk cilantro
 juice of 1 lemon
 7 tablespoons  Gefen Olive Oil
 1 tablespoon salt
 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 1 and 1/2 tablespoons curry
 1 and 1/2 tablespoons cumin
 1 teaspoon coriander
 1 tablespoon sugar
