Pan-Seared Ribeye with Red Wine Sauce
Chef Mike is back at Tierra Sur in California, with Chef Gabe Garcia, cooking up some California-inspired food. This quick dish will blow you away with its flavor, and its cooking time! Celery root and turnip pair amazingly with this rich red wine sauce. Try it out and let us know how it goes!

3 1-inch medallions of center-cut rib eye
1–2 sprigs fresh thyme
1 medium-large celery root, peeled and julienned
2–3 small turnips, peeled and quartered
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
