Spice Rub:
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp granulated onion
2 tbsp granulated garlic
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp chili powder
4 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Bourbon Honey Mustard Sauce:
¼ cup water
½ cup Gefen Honey
¼ cup bourbon (Tierra Sur uses Boondocks' The Spice Project)
½ cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp Reine Wholegrain Mustard
