can i freeze this before stringing it?? and then reheat to serve?
I would pull the beef first and then freeze it.
You can plate it like this https://www.kosher.com/recipe/pulled-beef-8647/ or with gnocchi
Omg looks so yum !!! His restaurant has the most delicious food in such beautiful ambience. I love it. 💜☺️
HE DIDNT PUT SALT
He did … while he was stringing it he added salt
does it have to go in the fridge?
tysm
can i just make the rub/spice mixture and then put it in the oven
Hi Sari, The meat is marinated in the rub in the fridge before going into the oven. You can skip the marinating, but it would lose a lot of flavor.
