Seder Ribs
5 pounds short ribs (12 pieces)
4 cloves garlic, crushed or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/3 cup Gefen Honey
1/3 cup Heaven & Earth Coconut Aminos
1/2 cup KFP barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup of your favorite spice blend (Naomi uses Rivky Kleiman’s citrus and spice blend) + 1 tablespoon salt
