1 small onion
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup matzo meal
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 and 1/2 tablespoons mustard
6 tablespoons duck sauce
9 ounces pastrami or corned beef, cubed
oil, for frying
