So you've had your latkes and donuts, and everything else that you could possibly fry, but now you need some dinner recipes for the week that are quick and easy, yet Chanukah-worthy.

We've got you covered with the recipes below. All the recipes are decadent and delicious but require no frying or fuss.

And for when you have the energy to make some more festive treats, see our favorites here

1. One-Pan Pastrami Chicken and Rice by Brynie Greisman

When you develop a recipe, you’re never quite sure how it will turn out. Sometimes you know from the get-go that it will be a winner, but here, I really didn’t know what the results would be. All I can say is that it turned out to be a fabulous meal-in-one that was bursting with flavor, texture, and amazing taste in every single bite. It should yield at least six servings, but four of us polished it off in a jiffy. And we even ate it cold!! So maybe double it to be on the safe side!

2. Lazy Lasagna (3 Ingredients!) by Chana Landman

When I was growing up, my mother never. ever. made lasagna. Even now that there are oven-ready lasagna sheets, she still won’t do it. It’s such a patchke! But here’s how 3 ingredients + 2 layers = 1 supper your whole family will love! The best part? You can add tons of flavor without adding a single ingredient. Now you’ll finally make us lasagna, Ma, right?

3. Simply Savory Salmon by Rivky Kleiman

Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of putting this together. With its fresh, light garlic and lemon flavors, it simply can’t be beat.

4. Brown Butter and Parmesan Gnocchi by Chanie Nayman

Gnocchi holds a special place in my heart, as it’s one of the things I used to make from scratch during shana Rishona (heart- shaped of course!). I haven’t been able to make it from scratch in a long time, but this version, using store-bought gnocchi, will pop up in my house again and again!

5. BBQ Beef with Orecchiette by Rivky Kleiman

This is truly the VERY BEST homemade Sloppy Joe EVER! It is quick, economical, and reminiscent of your childhood favorite, only better.

6. Cream Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce by Chani Salzer

Two words to sum up this classic pasta recipe? Quick and easy. Need I say more?

7. Mozzarella Stick "Caprese" Bites by Faigy Murray

I love, love caprese salad. It’s extremely easy and quick to put together and always impresses. I took it up a notch here by making them into skewer appetizers. The only time-consuming part is assembling them. Problem solved! I gave them to my ten-year-old daughter to do. She had so much fun putting them together.

8. Saucy Sesame Chicken from the Nitra Cookbook

A delicious weekday dinner favorite that never fails to hit the spot.

9. Broccoli-Stuffed Shells by Gitty Friedman

This is a favorite in my family. It’s pretty enough to serve at a party and delicious enough that even the kids will go back for seconds!

10. Faked Ziti by Esty Wolbe

This is my Faked Ziti (“Baked Ziti”). There’s no draining and no baking and the easiest thing to make for dinner. It’s super quick and you can do it all with one hand, because when it’s supper-o’clock you’re probably doing something else with the other. Watch the video!

11. Oven-Baked Chinese Chicken and Vegetables by Chaya Ruchie Schwartz

After my third daughter was born, my friend Tova sent me this supper. It was such a hit that I’ve been making it for myself and others ever since!

12. Best Lasagna by Rena Tuchinsky

Lasagna isn’t a new dish, but you’ve never tried this one. This recipe uses ingredients you can easily find and freezes well. Serve with this fresh salad and it’s the perfect meal for your family.  For more great ideas, watch Supper, Again?

13. Crispy Salmon with Broccoli and One-Pot Creamy Pasta by Rena Tuchinsky

This pasta and salmon are delicious on their own, but together on a plate for supper they are even better! It’s a must-try meal you’ll be coming back to often.
