Chicken Soup
With chicken breast and chicken balls (mock matza balls)
There's something so refreshing about this time of year! I love planning and cooking and preparing for Pesach. Confession: I usually start with the cooking and then speed through the cleaning (organize in the winter! Or after Pesach!) so that I can get back to the kitchen to make more random little things that no one really needs but is so fun for me.
Here's a menu to help you get inspired. There are a few chometz recipes here, but adapt as needed, and work according to your needs. Pesach is not necessarily brisket and potatoes; there are so many beautiful, fresh, and delicious foods you can make- even if you are limited with time. Enjoy all the colors and flavors that are available to you, and have a delicious and uplifting Yom tov!
