Chanie’s Tried-and-True Pesach Menu

Chanie Nayman March 25, 2026

Hi everyone! It’s that time of year again, and we’re back with another full Pesach menu. I spend hours on this each year so that the menu reflects most closely what my meal would look like, but there's always real life that kicks in, and many things get moved around and used in different meals, based on time constraints or just simply leftovers! I hope you enjoy the bright fresh choices here, and most importantly a beautiful Pesach!

Shabbat Day

I like to do tuna ceviche at this meal because it’s the third day of Yom Tov. I keep the tuna in the freezer, either pre-cubed, or I cube it on Shabbos morning, and then pour on the dressing right before serving.

40. Citrus Tuna Ceviche by Menachem Goodman

I usually put out all the pickled vegetables and dips I made to last a few days plus fresh guacamole.

I also make chopped liver, sauteed onions, and chopped eggs.

63. Strawberry Mousse Crunch by Estee Kafra

The rest of the meals will be leftovers and fresh salads!
