Cheesecake is one of the top 10 favorite desserts in the U.S., yet it’s so intimidating for most people to make. You can’t over-beat the eggs, it must be baked and cooled perfectly to avoid cracks, and don’t even get us started on those water baths.
With no-bake cheesecakes there’s more room for error, and they take a fraction of the time!
What they lack in oven time they make up for in taste.
There is a major drawback, however. Once you make one of the no-bake cheesecake recipes below, you’ll probably be eating LOTS more cheesecake in the future.
1. The Dreamiest Dessert for Shavuot? Meet the No-Bake Dubai Cheesecake by Sara Goldstein

When the weather is warm, the flowers are blooming, and Shavuot is around the corner, the last thing you want is to turn on your oven. That’s where the No-Bake Dubai Cheesecake comes in—a chilled, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece that feels as luxurious as it sounds, without any of the fuss.
It’s the kind of dessert that looks stunning on the table, tastes even better than it looks, and comes together with simple ingredients and zero baking. Perfect for celebrating the holiday of dairy with both style and ease.
2. Sarah Lasry’s Israeli Crumble No-Bake Cheesecake by Sarah Lasry

If you’re TRULY a cheesecake lover, then you know there is nothing quite like the creamy deliciousness of the Israeli-style crumble cheesecake.
3. No Bake Coffee Cheesecake by Faigy Grossmann

Another cheese dessert?? After so many years of writing Shavous columns, I wasn’t sure I could come up with a new way to use cream cheese. But since this is a pantry-raiding column, I figured that’s exactly where I’d look for my inspiration.
Well, I can’t be the only one who still has some Pesach snacks left over! Somehow the same treats that are just sooo delicious over Pesach completely lose their charm as soon as Havdalah is made. The boxes of ladyfingers led me straight to tiramisu, and since ovens are completely booked up leading into Yom Tov, I figured a quick no-bake dessert would be perfect. I have to say, this one is delicious!!
4. Cheesecake Bowls by Gitty Friedman

These are just the right size for a treat. Decorate with whichever toppings your family likes best.
5. Tiramisu Cheesecake by Faigy Cohen

There’s no better way to finish a milchig seudah than with a delicious tiramisu cheesecake. This recipe has many steps, but trust me, it’s all worth it. It’s a dessert with a show-stopping presentation, and it looks just as beautiful once it’s sliced. Don’t skip the gelatin! It helps the cheesecake hold its shape so it doesn’t turn into a messy puddle when you cut into it (as with other tiramisus I’ve tried).
6. Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Bites by Gitty Friedman

A creamy, dreamy, perfect summer treat.
7. No-Bake Mocha Cheesecake with Pretzel Crunch by Chavi Feldman and Faigy Grossman

My daughter Aliza and her friend Riki teamed up to make this dreamy mocha cheesecake. No oven needed, just creamy mocha-flavored fun! The best part wasn’t even the cheesecake — it was how cute they were making it together.
8. Viral Yogurt “Cheesecake” Cups by Raquel Malul

As a true yogurt lover, when I saw this viral Japanese yogurt cheesecake trending online, I knew I had to try it. It did not disappoint. The texture is light, creamy, and subtly sweet, reminding me of a lighter version of Israeli cheesecake. The best part? It’s incredibly simple and easy to customize with different flavors.
I highly recommend using a high-quality, whole milk Greek yogurt. A good yogurt makes all the difference here — mine wasn’t overly tart because I chose a premium brand, and it was 100% worth it.
9. White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake (No-Bake) by Shlomo Klein

Hopefully by now you know that I am a self-proclaimed cheesecake expert and love nothing more than a classic cheesecake, like the one featured in last year’s Shavuos issue by Layla Zirkind. In an effort to not upstage the classic and provide something different, I thought a no-bake version was perfect. No-bake cheesecake is lighter in flavor and fluffier in texture. Additionally, it can be made in one bowl and doesn’t require oven time, making it much easier to execute than traditional cheesecake. To serve, keep it classic and cut into squares or elevate it by layering with toppings of choice in dessert glasses.

These are so easy and taste like heaven!
